Thermo-mechanical controlled processing (TMCP) is employed to obtain the required level of mechanical properties contemporary high-strength low-alloy (HSLA) steel plates utilized for gas and oil pipeline production. The strength, deformation behavior resistance formation propagation running fractures are mainly determined by its microstructure crystallographic texture. These formed as a result austenite consequent γ→α-transformation.
